I had a great stay at this hotel in the north west residential area. Despite being in a crowded area, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast served in the coffee shop was delicious and had a good variety. The room was spacious and comfortable with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the railway station.
One drawback was the expensive hotel car service.

The staff readily did a early checkin and a late check out
Wifi was chargeable when even smaller hotels keep it free and there were issues with the room locks, we had to change a room once but still it took several attempts to open the door even in the new one.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location in the north-west residential area was perfect for me. The room was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep on the bed. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the in-room dining service had delicious food. The hotel also provided excellent amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I really enjoyed the sitting area in the room, and the in-room safe was very convenient. The staff here were friendly and always ready to help.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Paid internet connectivity needs to be set right. Low band-width and very low speed even for text down loads. The clock keeps ticking even after you log-out and exhausts your money. I complained to the hotel staff and they activated my account free. The second time also the same thing happened. Fortunately I did not have heavy work and I did not feel like complaining again. Hot water not available on the first day, but was restored after I complained.
